Participants will build confidence, receive mentorship, and deliver a “live” report at a local pro sports game.

On-Air Delivery
Explore differences in writing for a feature story vs. writing highlights, and how to effectively use rhetorical devices.
Develop and deliver highlights, with help from a teleprompter.
Attend a Game
Create and deliver a “live shot” at a Round Rock Express game.
Students showcase what they’ve learned, in a live sports environment.
